RealBanknotes Paper Money Collecting Website
by Proteus on Oct.01, 2010, under Website Updates
Well, its been a great month for the website. Aside from some advertising, which is an unfortunate reality, I have added a bunch of content and now the website features 34,350+ banknote listings, 3,650+ banknotes with images, 21350+ catalog values, 5,550+ eBay sales values, and banknotes views just under 30,000! More importantly, however, I have recently added two authors to the blog: om007 and Babar. I can’t wait to see some blog entries from these two. And for those of you who are visiting the blog only, remember that the main website is www.RealBanknotes.com.

Though I started adding banknote images in alphabetical order, I have strayed lately. I am beginning to add banknote images as I please, but they are coming in … slowly but surely. Currently RealBanknotes.com features descriptions for 34,250 different pieces of paper money with 2,950 having images. Also, there are 18,950 catalog values and 5150 eBay sales values. I am happy to say that in just over one month, the website has had 17,550+ banknote views. Please keep on visiting!

It has been a while since I did a bunch of work on the site, but things are in the works. Right now my focus is on school, where it should be, so please be patient. I will be updating a few things tonight, hopefully. Lately I have accomplished a few things:
- Madagascar notes and images have been uploaded.
- I have cleaned up the coding for the website a bit (which you won’t see, but matters).
Our stats right now are as follows:
- Banknote Listings: 9295
- Notes with Pics: 4468
- eBay Values: 4173
- Catalog Values: 8584
- Notes Viewed: 42252
